How to configure repeat alert notifications (e.g., every 24 hours) in NAbox 4.1.0? | NetApp | Page 1

Hi all ,

In NAbox 3 with Grafana, I was able to set up alert notifications with a repeat interval — for example, after the first error triggers an email alert, the next notification would only be sent after a specified time (like 24 hours) if the issue was still active.
However, I cannot find a similar “repeat interval” or “resend after X hours” option in NAbox 4.1.0.
How can I achieve the same behavior in NAbox 4.1.0 — i.e., avoid spamming alerts and only receive repeat notifications at set intervals (such as every 24 hours) while the alert is still firing?
Any guidance on configuring this in the new Grafana alerting system, Notification Policies, or Alertmanager would be greatly appreciated.

Funny we were talking about that this morning. Alerting has always been on the backburner with NAbox, it's probably time to at least give users some guidance.

But first, we need to figure out how it works 😄
