Image you need to snapmirror a 100TB vol to a destination where fabricpool is enabled. The primary SSD tier only has 30TB and the tierinng policy is set to ALL. Will the blocks be sent to backend as they are received or that movement will only start after the snapmirror is fully initialized, makind this an impossible task?

When I was doing a snapmirror to our DR site, going from premium ssd to standard ssd that was ~20% of the orginiation size and set to tier all, it worked without any incident. it seems to only use the disk for a very short term, possibly as a buffer? but it did go without any issues

Thanks for sharing. The buffering state might be what we notice on a first attempt. Since we weren't seeing any traffic to the storage tear, we got worried and had it canceled.
