While I normally avoid Support because of the general time requirements, I used the "chat" function a few times a while back. Whatever replaced it is not good and if you need to get transferred, my experience is that you will mostly get dropped.

Oh weird.. we actually do a lot of outbound logistics from BE, so I would have hoped inbound was smooth.. sorry!
