This was more of a strange exception for an RMA... something with customs processing didn't work in BE, so the part spent a week there at DHL... Elio probably wasn't going to be much help either
Oh weird.. we actually do a lot of outbound logistics from BE, so I would have hoped inbound was smooth.. sorry!
