As a father who has a daughter that was a recipient of bone marrow for bone marrow transplant...I can't state enough how important to join the BeTheMatch registry. The bigger this registry, the higher chance someone that is in need will find a match. Luckily for my daughter, her younger brother (one out of 3 siblings) was a perfect match and we did not have to wait for a match.
After my 13yr old son donated his marrow, said the process was pretty easy and that would do it again if needed.

@queen jackal if you're on a mac, you can get a little tool called "SoundSource" which allows you to place VSTs and other plugins in your audio output path. Sticking a compressor plugin on there works wonders for this.
i know that's a terrible workaround, but it will save your ears.

I've set my audio to over amplification and set it to 180%, it's good now but it's a massive health and safety risk doing that too
