Bodybuilding is my primary hobby. Despite working at it for years, my results aren't earth shattering like the influencers on social media, but I enjoy it nonetheless. Pic from June 9 of this year, the day after Cisco Live ended, taking a break during a kayaking daytrip.
For reals though, good on you. We had a kid last year, and the amount of movement and flexibility I've got back since having to get up and down off the ground on a regular basis is crazy. We've also been doing a lot of walks around the block in a pram and that's helped too
Toddlers will get your fitness back on track as you chase them through the house. It is when they get older and the afterhours activities (sports, scouts, etc) start that then your fitness fades once more as you become a full time taxi driver HAH!
@gentle igloo hopefuly FSD will be GA soon and problem solved
Man I wish this was true, mine just don't allow me a moment of respite lol
Hiking is the most help they give me for a good workout, lifting them in a Poco and killing it for miles.
FSD continues to improve. We have it on our 2020 Model X. Sometimes it still drives like a teenager though.
We didn't hike any this summer or spring break like we did the previous year. Got to get back to the Smoky Mountains more often again.
I like bikes. I ride mountain bikes on some Ohio, Michigan trail systems. Ride roads of course anywhere I can.
@brazen flume @versed hollow is this safe?
Yoga is my thing, physically it’s wonderful, mentally is freeing ( but I must also say it’s a lot more difficult on the mental side, but totally worth it)
There’s a really nice indoor rock climbing gym in the RTP. It’s a full body workout and a puzzle that requires mental focus.
I used to go rock climbing a lot in 2008/09. I always enjoyed it.
Triangle Rock Club?
Is there another one?
Richmond, VA has 2. Triangle and Peak Experience
