Tabs variant, Pill not working as intended

Hello!
I'm having an issue with the mantine7x tabs.

The Pill variant when used works fine in my localhost, but when I push to life, the color of the pill doesn't show.

I'm using the latest version of Mantine with Nextjs (app router)

how do I reproduce?
do I share the source code here with you or how exactly?

Create a new repository that is based on one of the template. Add there a minimal reproduction example.

it still gives same issue

@smoky lichen I just realized something, the tailwindcss @tailwindcss base declaration is affecting some default mantine styling. Please can you explain why and how to go around it?
