Used to get nearly stable 240 in game with my Ryzsn 5 7600x and rx 6600 today I’m getting drops down to 4 and 5 fps randomly it messes my game up so much I think it has something to do with new and driver update or windows one I don’t know what else’s I changed please help

Try to clean the fans or factory reset

And apply some new thermal paste

Use dx12 all low rather than performance mode

Amd gpus tend to perform better on dx12 @silk forge

I would Recommended you delete the Game User Settings and then Go in Fortnite
