so everytime im in spawn, its either they have way better drop then me leaving me with no drop, or when i land my aim is shit and iget a pistol

try to get a dropmap for your landing spot ig

make a loot route for your spot to get the most mats and loot before you fight

try to outloot the enemy and then fight them before they get shields in example
