#Handle recipe not unlocked

I've just bought the recipe for my mystic axepick but I can't finish the craft as I don't have the recipe unlocked. From what I've read the recipe was actually supposed to unlock with the axepick together?

Handle's are a base unlock IIRC from the sawtable.

If you press V to bring up your craft menu and search in the top left search bar for "handle" does it show up at all?

There should be a tab to "show locked", search again, this time it'll be red, it should tell you which you need

Or show unlearned, something like that

I ain't got that option, I can only select "Only Craftable" which shows recipes I can cruft with the mats in my inventory

that check box should show all recipies vs what you already know

btw. another problem I have (since release) is that the game doesn't remember recipes that are marked as read. Now that they added challenges it's a bit more annoying. Have you encountered that before?

Yeah it's an issue with the tracking, it was fixed for like a week, at least for me, and sometimes it's fixed if I log in again after logging out, but it's a display issue

It's been reported a lot though, so I hope they fix it soon

I haven't played after the 1st week when it was released cause of network issues so I didn't notice most of the changes they made

I noticed, mainly that the new mats often don't stack with my old ones xD

Okies! So yep, it's because you need the excellent version, for some reason I thought it was learned earlier
