Having to apply minor realm card 2 times to work

Anyone else having the same problem? Is this intented?

I apply the card, the vfx effect happen, but the skybox and weather doesnt change. Have to apply them again right after.

Second time always work. It wasnt like this at the begging, but is always like this now.

It seems to bug sometimes and do this to me as well. The previously played card is what plays when it happens.. so i tend to drop a cleansing (since it's cheap) to force the first card to play

Playing a minor card at your realm's pre-existing Realmic Transmuter site will work with just one card and will also (temporarily?) fix your crude transmuter.

Been happening a lot since the patch

i fixed that: delete the transmuter and rebuild it, it works fine afterwards
