Has anyone figured out a better way to farm T1 essence after you reach the Watch outside of just running fae towers and portals on provisioner realms? It’s still needed for equipment upgrades as far as I can tell and I’m getting very low lol

I heard going into extreme level realms will earn you more essence, apparently up to 120 essence per encounter...
Also, does provisioner give more essence per encounter than antiquarian, for example?
