#Where to get Yew Wood / Yew Lumber?

I believe these only drop from the Bound. Still unsure if you can get that later on or not in higher tiers. I am at T2 and havent seen any Yew wood.

Yea far as I've seen it's a drop from the big Bound with the skull mask on that wields a hammer.

Is there any sure way to make those spawn? I just used a Forest / Gloom / Apogean card and they never spawned
