if you have the workstation open when it finishes you auto pick up whatever is crafting. but i havent seen any thing go poof yet

I do know that I've had clothing items autoequip from the crafting station, just to check & rule out all possibilities.

Nope, its not anywhere in my inventory or equiped.

Question to avoid having this bug.
is the bug appear while you are in the station waiting that the craft is finishing or did you ESC and try to claim it when finished?

Id gone out of the station menu, waiting for it to be completed, then cmae back to claim it

Yes, they are, trust me i know, went hunting for leather and its all gone with no items
