when restarting game, it shows the cards like i'm at the portal. i click continue & my partner still stuck in desert. can't restart or login still the same thing.

yeah, my partner went to it. but there isn't any cards in the portal machine

You should get the cards in their inventory (realm cards tab) after speaking with puck a final time telling you to move on.
Once they hit E it should let them place the cards in.
Sorry if i'm saying the things already done, just trying to narrow down what's happening. And the screen shot just shows the desert not the portal or interface
Based on the quest, the portal hasn't been found in that image

sorry there's no realm cards, when relogin into the game. it gives a pop up of the portal, showing the cards are in it. i click continue & i just don't think the game registered that the task is down
in the journel, it's the quest through the forest byway. and tells me to traverse the portal to the desert

the second character i made was the same problem, then i made a third character & it worked as normal
