Can't launch at all

As soon as I click play in steam, I get an error message that reads "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument." Any help?

@proven anchor Not sure if it will work for you, but I kept getting an error about allocating video memory (running a 4090 btw), but if I alt-tabbed during the intro screens until the main menu came up, it worked

Depending on which graphics card you have, either geforce experience, or the AMD one(cant think of the name). Should be a simple google search though.

I wonder which games considering my Iris graphics card suffered with terraria, but also this is an UE5 game and as such requires a lot more

I can run fortnite and overwatch on high graphics and considering the iris xe runs with CPU I should not have problems with an i9 13900H 13th gen

are you telling me you have a i9 13900H and are running an IRIS XE?

you are so incredibly bottlenecked by your GPU I am surprised it plays anything

If it works for those games, good for you, but modern high demanding games need an actual GPU, you can't use an integrated that pulls from CPU for them
