I am currently a student, unfortunately I can't donate to get insiders until I start to earn. I have github student dev pack (temporary pro licence until I'm student).
Please tell me possible ways to get insiders.
Can I pay less that $10 ?

You can request mentorship even as a non-insider. There's also a dark high contrast mode for everyone

And you can donate any amount you want. None of those things require being an insider.

There’s also other ways to keep Exercism alive without insiders. You can post about it in social media, tell friends and families, mentor students when you feel comfortable to do so, or contributing PRs (after discussing them on the forums first and getting a go-ahead)
