I think mine was awarded within a few minutes of completing the last exercise. Are you sure you've met all the criteria? Did you get the similar Polyglot badge? These are the titles and descriptions for each:
Completed #12in23 Challenge
Completed and published all featured exercises in the #12in23 challenge
Polyglot
Completed and published 5 exercises in 12 languages in a single year

"and published" is the bit that sometimes catches people.

Thank you for this thread, I would have missed out the polygot badge if I didn't see this. I keep thinking well as long as i got the 12in23 badge then the polygot should be rewarded along, but turn out i miscount. Technically there were only 55 featured exercises, and i only published those missing 5 more for the polygot. Dont make the same mistake that I did.

@strange hatch You should get it immediately. If you don't, but it's a bug our end, we'll sort it in Jan. But double check the criteria like the others suggest 🙂
