You can use a different hdri for lighting than the one you actually see in the camera

If you mix between the two HDRIs in the world nodes with a Light Paths node using the is Camera Ray output then yea one will be only visible to the cam and the other will actually affect objects

concept artists are super skilled. but aside from basic academic stuff and being able to do just what they're told, they need their art to be atmospheric and lively.
often even if the art is really good, it's still looks flat (i struggle with that, if i need to draw something traditionally irl - i just copy it, but if i make stuff up - it's not as good). so i stumbled on this channel by some pixar guy:

Yes yes, I used to go to the Ren fairs in Texas and look at all the art in the art competition, I had a friend in 5th grade at the time they made an entire wolf at the moon scene, won 3rd out of 1.6k or so contestants, absolutely stunning

ahem you seem to not know what 'leans on money' or 'leans on insert thing' means so lemme explain.

its a joking term where if you think someones hot you lean on something they like in hopes they'll like you, whether it be a real or fictional person. the default is 'money' since the majority of people like money if you dont know what the persons favorite thing actually is.

it's looks too abstract at this point. i'd assume it's a planet with big ocean and some big spacecraft orbiting it,i'd say keep things simple like that and finish it so it's not just sticks.
