I find that the trick to drawing buildings is not to focus on what it's going to look like in the end but rather to just add some vanishing points and just draw stuff and shapes and connect them until you have something that mildly looks like a building, then just put windows in places and add stuff to make it look like a building

Krita has a great tool for vanishing points, and you can add as many as you want, wherever you want. It's really useful for making sure all the orthogonal lines are correct.

It’s fine to trace for practice but you have to remember to learn from it and not just trace it completely. If you’re going to trace a pose or drawing, it might help to break up the different parts of it to understand how they drew it. That can help you instead of just tracing
