Horizkail is the legendary of pokemon sky. High up above the underwater civilization, it acts as a guard and deems only those worthy to enter its land, or else it sinks their boat. It's very haughty and prideful, but the only thing it cares about more than itself are the creatures it looks after, including the civilization.

Krakabyss is the legendary of pokemon depth. It lurks in extreme water pressure, keeping to itself except when to feast. It does not see, but the spots lining its top half detect nearby motion, with the ones at the end being the most powerful. It will paralyze prey with its stabbing limbs before dragging it in with the many tentacles spewing from its mouth.

(I daydreamt about a pokemon game in an underwater region in another server. I thought you guys might like these dumb designs lol)
