Im kinda new aswell, so these may lean a little torwards common sense, Prioritize getting tools, make sure to eventually craft an ||air bladder, as it restores 30s of oxygen or acts as an emergency floatation device||, and don't cook fish until you need it, decomposing is a really painful thing. If you are in a pinch on food or water, ||Creepvine|| is easy to obtain and gives a little of both back.
