it never spawns resources. It may accidentally reset bits of the map. You can do this: remove CellsCache. This resets resources, pdas, leviathans, bases. Not your buildings or vehicles

resources aren't infinite, though for all intents and purposes, unless you're particularly terrible or particularly ambitious, you aren't likely to deplete them ever.

unless the game only stores so many cells cached that it will inevitably reset some of the less visited ones

My experience is from ||Maidas base|| cause I was terrified of the one ||chelicerate (not sure if I should spoiler this but I will)|| around the purple vent entrance, if you get your Seatruck and rush past the ||shadow leviathans|| then you should be fine, bring along the prawn suit and if you’re relatively quick then you’ll be fine, but I find that experience is best.
