You probably won't get anymore direct location beacons. I assume you have 1 of 3 body parts. You get clues to the other two, but you may also have to stumble on them by exploring. Vague location clues: north of the bridge at Phi. Deep below the pilot's home.

Turning off power to a section does just that, but you can still enter that section & breathe…probably because the rest of the base is still receiving power, and therefore oxygen. You’re not shutting down power production after all, just power consumption of a base part. The base itself remains powered.

i tried following this but evidently went too far east and found like thin areas that break through the ice like little rivers
and one had a slope like side of it that i shoved my seatruck upto and climbed up it and then the slope
and its near outpost zero but its behind one of the invisible walls around it
