Gold, look for the rocks that are similar to what was sandstone in the first game. You can find it a lot of places really, early on in creepvine forests, but also around delta island (and actually in one cave behind where you exit the multipurpose room for the two guys Fred and the other one, just use the stairs behind that habitat and the cave back there is loaded with gold bearing rocks); also in lilypad caves, tree spires, and so on

Copper you can get from limestone rocks, and occasionally in lilypads you’ll find ore veins of it as well.

Nickel you’ll find initially in lilypad caves. But you can also find nickel in the deep lilypad crevice is the official biome name I think (I call it cotton anemone place)

This is known, It’s a world streaming bug if what happened was there just suddenly were areas where there wasn’t any terrain loaded, and no fish, and you tried to quit and the game hung up trying to save. And if you forced quit after it hung saving forever, your save was corrupted

There isn’t a way to specifically get an all glass floor. You can build a large containment for example on the bottom floor of the large room, that will give you a large area of glass between floors, but it won’t extend across the entire floor between levels if you’ve got say two large rooms stacked

The devs are working on it, the difficult thing is, don’t really know what’s causing it in terms of reproduction steps Which then makes it hard to come up with a fix for it. Need to find reproduction steps for getting a fix generally speaking.
