Hey so I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask, but I was unable to load my saved game while playing on Windows through Xbox Gamepass, and after many attempts and troubleshooting I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Now when I open the game I can see my save with about 40 hours, but I cannot open it. I've read that apparently your saved games are not backed up anywhere when you uninstall, so am I just SOL? Any chance my save is hiding somewhere I just haven't been able to find? I'm very sad about losing all my progress, but if I have to restart so be it.

That, I’m not really sure about, but at the very least, you should be able to access the other part of the land based area with the prawn, I know it’s doable

Don’t the worry about the details, the point I was making is it’s possible to get over there either using prawn to jump over land, or you can build a series of platforms to also reach across

You’ll still need the prawn to jump the platforms but it should work

The prawn can come in handy as well, since it protects from the cold
