They might be working on it I’m not sure tbh, but right now priorities are fixing game breaking stuff for BZ because when people have their game break and they can’t finish it, or it’s crashing all the time and stuff like that, well it should be obvious that takes precedence over making QoL improvements to an older game.

There are still a lot of pending bugfixes yet to be pushed out in updates for the various platforms in Subnautica because of the high priority things that must come first for BZ (I mean it’s just common sense)

But it’s not because they want people to have to play on PC (and use mods) and not console I can assure you of that

Usually passing between Delta Island and the spot you’re given to track down Marguerite you’ll run into one of the wrecks to explore

I'm having problems getting my water purifier to work. Even though I have plenty of power, both of my purifiers are simply not doing anything. My base is half on land and half underwater, so I think it might be related. But my purifiers are both in rooms that are 100% underwater (a few stories underwater in fact)

Was hoping there was a support channel I could post in... (PC Constant crashing)
Put out a post on reddit, steam, and emailed the devs a month ago with no response
Played the early Alpha and Beta up until April this year on an very old machine with no issues.
Got a solid Ryzen machine and well the game has been unplayable, constantly crashing non stop.
OS, BIOS, Drivers all up to date, no overclocking and no issues with temps at all.
Had a friend install on his Ryzen machine and same thing, constant non stop crashing.
Boot up my old intel and no issues.
Dove deeper into reddit and I see quiet a few users that are having the constant crashing also have Ryzen machines (well that and switch users)
--Went through the steam troubleshooting more then once and curious if anyone here may have had some insight?

Anecdotal but for what it's worth: I have a Ryzen CPU and have had zero issues with crashing.

Tested on a 5900x with a 3080 and a 1700x with a Vega 64. Removed the Overclock settings on both (wondering if it was RAM timing issue causing the crash)

As a fun note - Pure Crashers with no errors or warning messages. Sometimes 3-4 in a row.

That's not even my issue, that could have actually made it fun. It could have acted like the oxygen limit under water but instead above water. But it's just impossible to freeze to death once you figure out how it works.
