Maybe put a single Preston plant inside several of those wall mounted potters along a wall, just don’t put them up too high, so you can reach the purple fruits easier.
Or alternatively put them in a pot on the floor of your base where you can walk all the way around and grab the fruit. Just trying to think of some ideas to make access easier
