Its just breath taking i tried it in subnautica 1. Although screen capture is just... the streaming features cool but when you do it while wearing the headset sometimes graphical artifacts present themselves.

also the fish swimming to fast or in groups at least for me is sickening but thats because im using quest 2. Cool thing is you don't need wires to stream any vr game to the quest 2.

im super physc'd about holographic tech becoming modernized, in the next 5-10 years vr will probably be aside holograms and can you imagine how could seeing the subnautica series as a whole in a holographic room ? MY GOD it would be mind blowing.

I've been very excited about the release of this game and have been enjoying it thoroughly, however, I'm worried... I'm having some problems regarding one of the shrimpy-bois in ||the Vent Gardens (not sure if that's counted as late-game, but, eh, might as well)||. I went to take out the one by the first garden this morning, let out a hoard of Squidsharks, and watched. This all seemed to be going well until the creature ran off. A few anxious minutes later, I went looking for it, only to find nothing. I searched the entire biome, nata.
So I'm sweating in my seat right now, more afraid that I don't know where it is, rather than pleased that it could be gone. After 40 minutes, I gave up the search and went back towards the Deta Station Dock. Upon looking back toward the garden, there it was! Teasing me like the little bugger it is! OF course, I hastily went back for revenge, armed with an army of Squidsharks! Annnnd it vanished... again...

I reloaded my game a few hours later and have just come back. Still, nothing.

I found this page here (https://steamcommunity.com/app/848450/discussions/0/3100105399601778770/) that says there's a decent chance they're dead, but the fact that I saw it again worries me that this isn't the case. I'm about to set up a scanner room and test it out, but I want to make sure that this isn't a bug.

Both creatures in that biome are vanished, and like in the thread, there are no other major threats.

Any advice? I'm not too too far into the game, but that's intentional as I'm just trying to have a good time. Thanks for your answers in advance and I apologize for the small essay. I have a habbit of "panic writing" 😅

Well beyond the fact I didn't want to be attacked again, I went down again later after I ended the recording and could easily see it from where I was hiding. Generally I find that's on the second shelf down from the Delta dock where you can get a decent look at the Vent Garden.
