when you go to ||Marguerit Maida's base|| there are oxygen plants along the way. Park your Seatruck as close as possible and then swim the rest of the way down. If you like, you can bring an extra oxygen tank that you can switch to when you run out. Lastly, save before you leave your Seatruck. If you fail, you can reload your save.
