Actually, the seamoth is available via console commands. After testing, the seamoth is the same speed as the seatruck and has 1/10th the defense. With the booster equipped and no modules, the seatruck can cover long distances quicker when not equipped with modules. If using the horsepower upgrade and a single storage module, the seatruck is only slightly slower than seamoth, but using the booster it is still faster long term.
