The most terrifying moment I had in either games was chilling in the very early version of the Inactive Lava Zone, where it was pitch black, no music, no creatures, just darkness. And the only way way to get to the ILZ was go to the hole near the Aurora or use the terraformer. The silence and darkness was scary. Also Blood Kelp Trench on Filmic video setting in VR no fun as well.

I like the idea of the seatruck, because you actually do quite a lot of "trucking", but it feels so claustrophobic and doesn't match the feeling of carefully navigating your cyclops with cameras and sonar. I would have loved if the seatruck was specialized on "logistics" and maybe you need the cyclops to explore extremely deep places.

Anyone else had their Hatch ladder (when building on land) cut halfway up after moving far away from the base and back again? I can't reach the hatch anymore because the ladder only has like two steps then it ends and the gap is too high to jump. Built a new hatch and that ladder reached all the way to the bottom again.
