You can't if they are not in the game. But you don't have to reset the entire map.

You also have the option to use a command to unlock it and pass me your save files for me to switch off the "used cheat" flag in your game.

Your base won't be deleted but there are downsides. PDAs will reappear and you won't be able to pick them up again if you unlocked their entry. But the main problem with this is that your scanner room will pick up the location of ores in your old save. Outcrops that won't be regenerated at the same place in the new version of the area.

You're only supposed to reach certain areas of it, but using the fly command to get over an invisible wall/up the sheer cliff reveals a massive open plain that's almost completely flat in some areas
It's honestly surreal having that much dry land to work with
