I have a MAJOR problem. Whenever I delete saves, they keep showing back up when I restart the game. ALSO, event, box, scan flags are all being left as "flagged complete" when loading a new game after deleting one. Its almost as if this game is saving partial data in multiple places and I can't find them all.

You can use console commands to give yourself a Stasis Rifle in BZ, just as you can spawn a Seamoth - but they don't have textures so they just look like pure white abominations

Depends who you ask; information is a bit confused. Short version, I'm not certain whether it marks the entire save game, or if it only lasts for the session and you can get achievements again if you save, quit the game, and reload
