Hi everyone - So I played the first game years ago and loved it but I'm stuck on the new one:

1. I created a mobile vehicle bay and made a sea truck. All good. However when I want to create the modules it says "no power" and won't do anything ( I have the materials for it) - how do I power it?

2. Can I build out from the starting pod? I can't seem to line anything up with it to make it part of my base

3. I can't build a new control room anywhere due to point 1 - it just says "no power" after building it 90% of the way. The habitat builder (that took me 3 hours to find - why is that so hidden?) is on 80% power so I'm just totally stuck

If anyone could explain this I'd be incredibly grateful

There are different tools for crafting. The Fabricator has to be in a habitat and the habitat needs to have power. The Modular Vehicle Bay is fabricated then it is deployed on the surface of the sea. It doesn't need power after it is fabricated.
