If buying below zero is worth it?
in my opinion, yes. I bought it not too long ago (a month maybe) and i can say that it is such a refreshing yet authentic subnautica experience and has a lot in common with the original except everything is new at the same time. although i haven't reached reached the 'end' of the game as of now, i have heard that the games true ending has not been complete as of now as well. the game will be out for full release on may 14th so if you want to hold off until then its also a great option.

🤔 Why would you think the devs would want to hurt the people that play their games? There's issues with cloud saving, so they're disabling it to work it out. It's pretty clear. And if you read, there are instances of people losing their save, which would be terrible. Short term inconvenience for long term gain

You're being pretty rude my dude. The devs don't owe you cloud saves. You aren't entitled to them, despite acting like it right now. If they decide to disable them in order to fix so it doesn't ruin people's games, it's their choice and imo a good one. It's not difficult to move your save if you really need to swap computers to play.

It's one of my gripes about these games, but I get why the devs made it the way they did. From a gameplay perspective it's more fun for most players when everything doesn't instakill you.
Thankfully, mods exist that let you tweak creature health, size, and damage output. Makes it more fun for me, personally.

And I'm aware that you can just mod the game to make the creatures stronger but I just wish leviathans were more like walls that you have to play around instead of inconveniences

ok so planting Prestens Plants in wall pots above lockers works well. You can actually harvest them easier that way (which is otherwise an issue)

There are plenty of leviathans as well that are placed on places you will guaranteed need to go to, if it would completely destroy the player you couldn't really progress.

Well yes but in the case that they would be more dangerous I assume the devs wouldn't just put them willy nilly and also incorporate solutions for you to get around them like the thumper for the ice worm

its in that areas perimeter. when you go out of the ||cache|| after scanning the component, go straight and then left following the walls of the area and you will come across multiple bones and then keep going and you will find a dead ice worm on a small hill, its impossible to miss. You can scan both of them and the dead ice worm gives you the Ice Worm PDA entry.

its not fully needed as near the deep twisties there are oxygen plants
but if you are going into the deep twisties you should have a seatruck
