its literally a fortress

floor 0 = 4 nuclear reactors
floor 1 = bioreactors, aquarium, moon pools, modules (fab/bat charger/recyclotron/etc), scanner and control room
floor 2 = nuclear, aquarium, water filters and food growing
floor 3 = nuclear, aquarium, storage, glass dome + bed

floor 1 also has two sets of latters to the observatory at the top
