If you have the experience and skills it takes to get hired and they are making at that time another Subnautica and have a job application open for your particular skills and decide to hire you then yes. But that depends on so many things, in general I would not advice to spend your entire life waiting for this. In general I would not for any job, if you can get that job go for it. But don't wait for it all your life.

in original game there wasn't much of a story. In BZ you have at least 2 alive beings that talk to you and explain stuff, plenty of dialoges that really show the lore, much more ways to go and I'd say it allows to choose which part of the story you explore

You actually explore the destiny of the other life pots and the survivor of the degasi. You need to look around deeper for required blue prints and ressources. You have to find out about the alien species, the different facilities and which purpose they serve. What happened before on that planet ? Why was the Aurora as well as other ships shut down? How can it be stopped and an escape route made ? You just needed to explore more places in order to piece the puzzle together.

In comparison to that, as I said before: ||You only need to puzzle Alan's body together. You go to the sancutary zero, then to the three locations of his body parts, then down to the construction facility|| The dialoges are indeed nice and make the game feel more alive but they essentially don't really add much to a "playable" story.

Lily Paddlers are sucking all the fun out of the game for me where I'm at. They are everywhere around Omega Base and the wreck, making it pretty much impossible to swim around there or build a base nearby. It's like a random long network lag. You just have to wait for it to end.

I mean, what he fails to mention is that BZ has some good things to it, that are missing in the original game: The dialoges are nice and make the game feel more alive (even though they don't add much active gameplay to it). New base build options, new vehicles and on-land possibilites. Also the biomes are actually not that uninteresting. BZ is just having less of it. But biomes like the lilypad islands, crystal caves and all the cave systems have their own nice touches.

MAN, wow, just WOW. I still enjoy the underwater gameplay of BZ, just like always, but the REAL experience is the LAND, especially with a Prawn. Faster Prawn + weather + plus more accessible land portions + land that’s easy to FEEL like you’re getting lost but harder than you’d think to ACTUALLY get lost(my kudos to the map layout designers, it’s WELL designed) makes for an AMAZING experience. The Ice Worm has had its damage buffed from original, but has been severely nerfed in attack frequency, so you CAN get away from it, and it’s not as much as an impediment to progress anymore and instead just more of a FREAKING TERRIFYING jumpscarer, the Grappling Arm finally coming into the game turns Ice Worm v Prawn Suit from a police roadblock into a Need For Speed-style high-speed chase, it’s all very adrenaline pumping.

You know, I think what I most appreciate about the Prawn compared to the Snowfox is that you can't get knocked out of the Prawn by an Ice Worm Attack. Unless it's destroyed, you're in it as long as you want to be while it has power.

You don't know the half of it. Had those two Shadows play a game of catch with my Prawn the only playthrough I've ever gotten down there. And then once I got back in the Seatruck, though I wasn't at the controls, a Shadow rammed my Seatruck anyways, rolled it onto its side, something the game engine is not equipped to handle(vehicle roll axis) and thanks to wonky physics, I fell through the side of Seatruck and got stuck with the no-water bug, with no way to fix it or get back to my Seatruck, so high above the floor
