You should check the twisty bridges canyon, around 150-180 m depth for two small Alterra tech sites: both have an interesting databox. There are oxygen plants, or if you have sea truck, it helps exploring

Well yes, the antenna fruit is not grown from the fruit, but cutting it gives seed (not leaf). Spiral plant only has the clipping (and some other work the same way, for example bullseye shroom). Creepvine is also special in that you can plant both the cut sample or the seed cluster: difference is that if planted from cut sample, it will grow into vine which doesn't have seeds

Al-An is a really fun character, I love hearing him talk. The creatures are super cool and I'd say they're the game's best selling point.

The Shadow Leviathan is terrifying. Mechanically it's not really all that unique, it's a big creature that grabs you and does a ton of damage just like the Reaper. But presentation & gameplay wise it's fantastic and honestly scarier than the Reaper because you encounter it in a very claustrophobic environment.

The Pengwings are just adorable. There's a whale and a surprise boss enemy.

It's buggy. Barely does any damage to the player and can be easily passed by using a prawn suit. Imo it's less of a boss and more of a nuisance.. you don't even fight it
