when i create a new save file for either of them, the game appears to load normally at first, but once the bar is full, it starts from the beggining and stays there. if i'm on creative (with a habitat builder in my hand) it lets me open the builder menu while still on the loading screen as well as the F1 and F3 menus, but it just remains stuck like that permanently

32G should be fine. But you need space both on the system drive, and on the game drive

it is at cave when u are going to place with ||architects skeleton||. You are standing in front of its building and then going opposite and forward. Theres will be small cave in middle of ways to left right and up. And in there spawns 1-2 squidshark eggs (bassically that cave near squidshark what patrol there all the time)

also if you want find glowing whale egg it is just on EVERY floating piece of ground, even the smallest ones (but eggs can spawn in its textures)

I think they mean because I have mine at about 135. So far, one solar panel works fine for most basic needs, but the scanner and battery charger bring them down. I'm working on a Bioreactor to top up in those situations.

I usually don't do anything like that on a permanent scale because I like keeping the "pristiness" as much as possible, but I have use a similar tactic in, ahhh... I think it was some kind of lava cave in the first game, but too small to bring my Cyclops in. I basically carried materials for an I-module, a thermo power source, and a hatch which I would just set down everysooften to pop in and use as a breathing room for a bit before picking it up and moving on.

Actually, first run-through, I never built the Prawn and only built the Cyclops to transverse the LZ and nothing else. I just didn't like the big clunky vehicles, though once I got used to maneuvering them, I did build them in later games.

Something neat I've discovered with the sea truck is that when there's at least one module attached to it you can walk around as if it was a base. If you stand up they will stop attacking and swim away. I charged out into the void playing the Darktide soundtrack on the jukebox full volume to test this and just thought it was neat trick if a little immersion breaking.

Or you could grow your own ||Blood Vine|| or Creepvine to eliminate that journey. But with teeth to my knowledge you can't really do much. Maybe incubate a stalker pet? But that also would mean you better pray you built somewhere where it won't get into fights. My base is in the ||dunes|| so that's a no go, plenty of sand sharks to fight.

I found out that opening a menu, like the pda might make the character to love. So i did that while trying to walk and it worked. Freaked me out though, since i was stuck floating on the moonpool ramp.

The actual ||phasegate is very north of all this. You cannot travel without the portal||

You can also find fur in a cave south of the south lake
