i am at one recipe unlocked, and the other two... it's been a while, last 5ish coordinates he gave i visited where not related to building body.

It is quite far on the east side, but it's pretty good. You have a lot of ressources very close, and an upgraded scanner room will let you get almost anything

You also have easy access to some deep biomes, while being quite far from the safer areas

Ok, since I've been wondering this for a while, I started below zero and tested with thermal plants, at least in my game it works like this:
Red = cannot build at all
Yellow = can build but gives no power (built in Delta island, showed yellow and when finished the panel showed 8 degrees)
Green = can build and will produce power, but at any rate (30 degrees when built green)
