If you want to be efficient, the method would be the same as the first game, where you used a Cyclops to store the scanner room / solar panels / upgrades component and make it portable. Here you just use the Seatruck storage modules instead.

@eternal garnet do you remember this ever being reported? I have been playing BZ again, and now I have a base with a control room…and part of it doesn’t maintain the color (black). But if I dismantle a part just a little bit and then reconstruct it, it’ll regain its intended color. That’s a problem however, as some parts I can’t deconstruct/reconstruct in this manner as they have reinforcement panels or other things against the wall etc (not without doing significant rearranging).

Overall just wondering if this was ever reported, as an issue with the control room.
