In terms of what's necessary, the storage module is the best, in my opinion. If you have a Prawn suit, the docking module is very helpful, and I like the sleeper module as well, though it's less functional than the others.

The Prawn is overpowered. It's too fast, resistant and has some insane exploits/bugs. They tried to make the vertical propulsion worse, but it's still way too good. I would rework the way Prawn works. While the grapple arm is fun, it makes other options less viable. The forward boost shouldn't increase infinitely.

The easiest place to find rubies is probably either the ||Lilypads Crevice|| or ||Koppa Mining Site||. Spiral plants are located in the ||Deep Purple Vents|| and ||inside the mature Ventgardens||.

I'm surprised staying behind a predator works so well compared to being in front or beside it to avoid getting attacked, though I am playing with 0.2 times standard aggression.

May i ask why the reduced aggression?

Also that kind of makes sense for most predators due to their size and shape they aren’t flexible enough to do a full 180 turn in 1 go

I think it's more realistic to have predators less aggressive, and it makes it funner and easier to swim with and watch them without taking the excitement out of it. You're right that it does make a lot of sense, but I wouldn't necessarily expect that to be part of the game, though I don't really know how it works.

I mean having large scale animals do incredibly quick or tight turns would be a bit unrealistic so it makes sense from a gameplay POV to make it seem more realistic.

I mean i get sharks being less aggressive but not the larger predators as mich, they would have higher daily requirements and would go for food and the player more.

I'm in the ||Fabricator Caverns|| right now, and it turns out that I can swim with the ||shadow leviathan|| without getting attacked, though I have enough health to be okay with one attack.

I think leviathans might be more aggressive than other fauna, so it doesn't change that, it just shifts the total for each proportionally. The converse of that point is that larger fauna would be more interested in larger prey, and be less aggressive toward the player.
