You have to scan the fragments scattered around in twisty bridges, arctic shallows and in seamonkey nests in the arctic kelp caves. They are all over the place, but you find most of them always after you have struggled to get it in the first place. Happens to all of us.

No, not at all. Also if you have unlocked the recyclotron blueprint, then you can deconstruct the battery and recreate them and it is fully charge again. Also you can make infinite batteries by deconstruction and rebuilding the repair tool. It gives you a battery for free each time you do it. Thats how I made my hundreds of batteries I needed to decorate my bases.

No, not really. There are some oxygen plants nearby, but I wouldn't rely on them, especially because they're not necessarily easy to find. Deeper in the caves is a ||base with breathable air||.

The ultra is in lilypad monkey nests. Scan 3 of those.
But you need the high cap first. The data box is 120m down in twisty bridges, by a little building

Give them a scrape and they literally run away screaming. Their predatory appearance and act is actually an anti-predator bluff. They are scared of most things, way more so than brute sharks
