Too be in order for this whole thing it has 1 Fabricator, 10 Storage, 10 Aquarium, 10 Sleeper, 1 Teleporter, and 1 Docking Bay. This thing would be the ultimate prison if put 1000 Meters down and 1000 Meters or more away from normal Land as if it was the only Teleporter around then you could send someone there so easily. Plus they would probably die anyways from either a Leviathan or just Starvation. (if we consider normal survival they would most likely be stuck there as then the game would keep respawning them there lol)

So I went down in this thing in now theres about 7 Void Chelicerates Outside. Kinda cool tho as they ain't attacking since I'm in creative

Think about it: let's say for example a stalker eats 10 enzyme-hosting peepers every week, and a reaper eats 10 stalkers per week. That would mean a Reaper 100 peepers worth of enzymes in them (numbers may not be exact but that's the gist of it)

What are some good, scenic locations to build bases at?

except for that if you want to build a base where you need lots of space and need it to be close, I would just build it in safe shallows
