I’ve done about 9 playthroughs of the first subnautica and I just recently played and beat subnautica by I must say it’s a very quick game for my first play through I beat it in a little under 8 hours I understand it’s only a small map but sadly disappointed and I also got the platinum in about under 8 hours just thought I sure share my thoughts on the game. There are also lots of positives to the game such as AL-AN I love him very much and I did quite enjoy the Sam storyline, one thing I’m not a big fan of personally is that they just explained a lot of stuff that I think would of been really cool if it was just kept a mystery but overall good game and I love you AL-AN

You can use ghost, clip out of bounds, retrieve it with the same command, and use it again to reach the terrain again.

You're right there is no achievement on Epic and you'll stay in survival.

Short version: Don't go looking specifically for the MVB, just scan everything you spot and you'll find the bits you need soon enough. Sea Glide will definitely help, that's usually my first priority once I have the scanner.

That console is only really useful for the Prawn suit, changing the name/color. Anything craft related can be done with the normal fabricator.
