Spent the longest time last night getting thermal power up and running on the new one, it's on the other side of that island, and the thermal power I found ended up being too close to where I'm getting thermal for on the main base. I didn't realize it until later, but the two groups of thermal plants were only about 20 meters from each other. So I had to set up more power transmitters so each path would jump to the correct one.

When you find a ribbon plant, get some seeds and plant those too, you'll need them for batteries, and they're always hard to find when you are looking for them.

Basically anything you can use in crafting, you probably want to have a few growing.

That was like the 5th try at positioning things. It's going to depend a lot on which iceberg you choose. LOL. I kept trying to get a room a bit lower, and have the hatch have a ramp down to the water. Game mechanics just didn't seem to allow for it. Even when I had a foundation right at water level. Even getting a ramp down to the ice was a bit tricky in several spots, again even with a foundation where the ramp would land.

I had trouble finding the place on the spy pengling map so he sure you’re at the correct location. If you are, then the little bot finds a crate you open with the ||antidote|| inside it can retrieve. I ended up watching a video I think it was from Hylian Mom on YouTube because the map was confusing for me, and I’m good at reading maps, so go figure.

Hello. Friendly reminder that What The Dock broke Quantum Lockers. They're rubbish now because they don't share contents anymore, making them pointless.

Quantum Lockers. You gain access to their blueprint by finding a few Artifacts. They're supposed to be upgraded regular lockers that share contents across multiple lockers, allowing, say, if you put some stuff in one at one end of the map, for you to retrieve that stuff at another one on the other side of the map.

What's annoying is that they are "premium tech", stuff that requires Ion Cubes to build, so functionally your number of them is very limited, and your Ion Cubes supply itself is very precious for most of the game, until you start going in the land-based Spires biome later, and yet they're not working, not at all.

Also, 10 out of 10 piece of tech, the recycler, you can craft resources into smaller forms, like 5x Titanium into a Titanium Ingot, 2x Copper into Copper Wire, 2x Quartz into Glass, and the like, to reduce how much storage space in your Seatruck and Prawn everything takes, and then simply return back to base and break everything down back into its constituent materials.

I did notice something a little funky. When I only have one put out, and it has stuff in it, I can pick it up. This isn't correct. With only one deployed, the resources shouldn't have anywhere to go, as nothing can go in any kind of Locker, regular or Quantum, when said Locker is in storage. It's almost like the game is not registering to some degree that there's any items in a Quantum Locker when there clearly are.
