There’s quite a lot of the rocks that give gold in the thermal spires area, in creepvine caves the deeper ones especially, and later on in lilypad caves (other areas too but those are a few). There’s a back exit behind the shelters on top of delta island that has a lot of those rocks for gold as well

My recommendation would be to build a scan room and set it to chlicerae. Drop a beacon next to it. When you get dragged out of scanner room range, return to scan spot and wait for fishy to come back.

The workaround on Steam is to switch to a "Legacy" branch.

Steam cloud is very basic. You launch the game, the cloud will synchronize your save from the cloud to your computer. When you exit the game, it does the opposite. PC → cloud.

To do that, it uses dates and checksums.
