By the way there is actually an item in the game that prevents them from attacking you. You just create it once and never use it bc you would need to pick it up all the time.

There is also module for ||Fox|| but the jump one is obv better.

They will however, attack you, as soon as you step outside the base. even if you happen to walk on roof og your base by means of ceiling hatch. Found out the hard way.

You can have a vertical connector down through a fissure in the ice to a moonpool or seatruck dock. And use the snowfox to cover distance on the ice. Just, never abandon your snowfox unless it's on a pad, they get eaten by the ground sometimes.

If I remember correctly, the databox for the blueprint is somewhere in arctic spires, so basically you would have to first explore worm territory without the attack reduction module, then when you find the databox, either build a base in arctic spires (and have the materials needed) or go back to your base to craft the module and then you can use it...not very convenient
