Since I play on the Switch, I have found keeping my bases small-ish helps prevent fps drops, you might find it can help you as well -- the more graphics your system has to render, the more gpu power it's going to take

Quantum lockers don’t add that much space, and it’s shared space, so that screenshot…must be modded unless you’re showing condensed materials or something

From the wiki…this is how much a shared space quantum locker gives you (it’s not that much tbh, I don’t use them but I guess some people find them useful). Modded is a different story; if you’re showing something with mods you need to disclaimer it

What you can do, is break the seatruck. Shoot rocks at it with the prop cannon, or prawn bump it. The truck will die, and then you can deconstruct the dock (Attach it to the base next time. pointy bit)

Honestly, the seatruck is my favorite, because when you're being chased by a shark, you can throw it in reverse and slam right into their faces.

As far as power supply goes, I build a single solar to get started, until I can get to the deep lilies and omega, and get a nuke going.

I would say the story of the first game was better. They changed too much in BZ, mid-pandemic, and it has definite flaws.

The greatest contribution of the first game though, is the reaper. Watching first encounters with that on youtube never gets old.

Are you sure? I think there is a constant demand/drain on power. Remove power and you get the warning "oxygen production off line." Some things demand more power, like water filtration machines, so the draw is more obvious. But I think my bio reactor consumes fish even under low load.

I could be wrong though.
